By choosing the right type of vegetables, you can in yourself eat whatever you like, as long as you eat according to journal (of all top universities) a balanced diet of sweet and sour vegetables as a whole, concentrating mainly in deeper colored vegetables such as green and obvious darker colors. Fruits in many cases are very good for you, but it is best not to over do too many fruits as a whole, concentrating on using them as part of your diet, rather than your whole diet.
Many people grow up thinking that animal products like meat and milk are essential parts of a healthy diet. However, well-planned vegan diets follow healthy eating guidelines, and contain all the nutrients that our bodies need. Both the British Dietetic Association and the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recognize that they are suitable for every age and stage of life.
An opportunity to eat better
Going vegan is a great opportunity to learn more about nutrition and cooking, and improve your diet. You won't be consuming saturated fat from meat, milk and eggs, and you'll be avoiding processed meat, which the World Health Organization has classified as a cause of cancer. Getting your nutrients from plant foods allows more room in your diet for health-promoting options. If you make smart choices, a vegan diet can be a really healthy way of eating. Get the most out of yours by limiting salt and eating plenty of whole grains, fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables. These foods are packed full of beneficial fibre, vitamins and minerals.
Excellent long-term health
Full research has linked vegan diets with lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and lower rates of heart disease (mainly), type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer. You can eat a totally plant-based diet that supports excellent health, whilst helping to ensure you live longer, going vegan or vegetarian will allow your guts to heal, and allow you to have far better health as a whole.
Vegan eaters are more likely to live for longer, and far less likely to have a heart attack or stroke, meaning that the obvious health implications are limited. In The United Kingdom, the government revealed that they were looking to cover up genuine research about the health benefits, as it needed in itself not to offend its own nature or immaturity.

Veganism is defined without meat, dairy and eggs
While the world’s population has doubled since the 1960's, world meat production has quadrupled and possibly much more as a whole. In certain areas, livestock production has increased massively; there are now 4 and a half times as many tonnes of pig produced in 2013 compared to 1961, while world chicken production has increased by nearly 17 times in total. This see's more and more labeling disguised as quality reared meats, when in fact many packages are mis-labelled, meaning you are often purchasing low standards of processed productions at farming stages.
These numbers are growing, this see's that the rearing of meat in this industry is not meeting its health requirements either in the United Kingdom and/or abroad. The Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations predicts that by 2050 world meat production will have almost doubled, as the Western taste for meat, eggs and dairy products continues to grow. Changing your diet is good for your conscious, however, going vegan or vegetarian is mainly good for your health, this ensures you will have a far more likely chance of living a healthy life.

Learning to cook curries and stir fry's, while adding your favourite vegetables can help you start to live a healthier life, even if you could never be entirely vegan or lead an entirely vegetarian life, just trying to eat more non-processed vegetables every day will help your health tremendously.

Denmark see’s the first plant where animals will not be allowed to move, these animals will be vibrated (secretly), meaning they will still stay strong, this has seen animal rights activists arrested as animals’ treatment is beyond horrific. Do not buy pork from Demark if you believe it is not of good welfare origin. Similarly farms in the UK are introducing the same non-movement technology into UK farms, making the UK as bad as the worse out there when it comes to factory farm (s).
Factory farm (s) have been around for many year (s), gradually getting worse in cost, and gradually seeing animal welfare completely go out of the window. This has seen Police try and kill farmer (s) on pork farms throughout the UK and Denmark, as they try and come after pork farmers for bribing animal welfare officers in their belief. Working at factory farm (s) is very dangerous for farm worker (s) in the UK, with many farmers losing their life to diseases due to poor animal care at their work. We do not advise working at pork farms anywhere in the world, the pigs are unhappy and, in our mind, aware they are being bred, pigs show sign’s of muscle fatigue, also pigs at harvest show severe signs of very painful death (s) in the UK.
To eat healthy food, there is no point eating dry frozen fruit and veg, always buy from the fresh aisles in the stores you visit, the reason for this is the active toxins in fruit and veg that are naturally from these plants will boost your immune system and improve your blood supply. This is seen to lengthen your life by all surveys and research internationally by a severe amount, people who eat mainly vegetarian based lifestyles can literally live an extra 20 year (s) off 30 year (s) of eating a plant based diet, this can mean that if you eat the right diet, you will possibly be here on earth as a conscious entity much longer than eating the likes of sandwiches found in British hospitals.
The basic fundamental of eating protein (meats), and then seeing results on your health are nonsensical, and almost always untrue (accept fish oils). The truth behind the meat industry is that meat is toxic, therefore leading to low value health benefits, and a shorter life from not balancing your diet with plenty of vegetables (mainly), and of course at least occasional fruit. Meat is proven to shorten your life, and meat is not able to add to your essentials protein intake that you need in person every day, eating only meat based diets is incredibly unhealthy as proven by top academics.
Carbohydrates are classed as vegetables, or in other word (s) it translates as vegetables from carbohydrates by the new English Oxford dictionary exactly (accept certain vegetables have higher benefits for certain diet (s)), dietitians in the United Kingdom remain untrained in this field completely. Dietitians across the world usually do not reach graduation level, with governments covering the unhealthy known qualities of meat, due to bias found in the diet nature, hospitals and schools in the United Kingdom usually produce very unhealthy diets for their consumers, meaning that there is nothing healthy about British institutes across the United Kingdom when dining at such a place.

Carbohydrates are classed as vegetables (mainly) and often fruit as well (frequently), carbohydrates convert in the body once digested into protein, as fluid mixes with the plant matter. Meat however blends in with the carbohydrates, leaving unhealthy blood production, lowering the intake of non-toxic oxygen into the blood stream, this can cause heart attacks (stated data by most top Universities), non-toxic oxygen needs to be taken into the blood stream as much as possible, this means if you eat too much meat you will possibly cause severe complications to your health (later illnesses).
Dairy produce as well will shorten oxygen supplies to a persons brain, something dietitians do advise against regularly is eating too much dairy in your diet, dairy is found to be worse for the body and blood flow than meat. British institutes (schools and Hospitals (etc)) provide basic cheese only diets for vegetarians and vegans, the level of unhealthy food produced for vegetarians is below acceptable in these institutes. Dairy needs to be used as little as possible in any persons diet, stay away from eating too much cereal, and cheese which is worse for your blood flow, dairy must not always be consumed in a persons diet, as it may cause tumors, brain hemorrhaging, also heart attacks and strokes.
Many top researchers at universities across the world, of whom have been branded as crazy announced that smoking 20 cigarettes a day, is healthier than eating a permanent cheese and milk diet, while they do have a point, we simply (strongly) advise against concentrating your diet on just cheese and meat, and we recommended thoroughly trying to eat plenty of plant matter.
